Types of Payment
•The Type of Payment we accept is in US Dollars
•Our primary payment method is Paypal. You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay via Credit Card.
•Payments via Paypal have to be from a CONFIRMED address.
Product Pricing
•Our products are competitively priced. A portion of your sale will go towards supporting a local charity.
•We offer discounts on bulk orders. Bulk orders are one dozen of each like item, or more.
•Our pricing may change without notice. Announced discounts may expire or can be cancelled without notice.
Layaway
•We do not offer Layaway.
Shipping Policies
•We typically ship within the United States only.
•Pricing for shipping is only for United States.
•Shipping outside United States will be delayed 1 week after payment is made.
•For orders outside United States, please email us for shipping quote.
•For orders outside United States, we must use a service that offers a Tracking Number, which means
shipping prices may be a be slightly higher than usual. Email us for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
•Customer must notify us of any defects in the order within 48 hours of reciept of package.
•Returns must have an RMA number or it will not be processed. Email us for details.
•Returns Must be in original packaging and must be properly protected against damage.
•Returns must have all associated paperwork, certificates and holograms.
•We only accept exchanges if the item shipped was not what you ordered.
•Merchandise that lacks paperwork, certificates, holograms or parts is subject to a 30% restock fee.
Special Orders
•We can entertain special orders via email only.
•Special orders will be firmed up and a quote will be given.
•Upon receipt of quote the customer has 5 days to submit payment in full.
Hours of Operation
•Our Operation is Monday thru Saturday from 9am until 9pm Eastern U.S. Time.
•We are a Home Business so customers must make an appointment in order to enter facility.
•We are closed most National observed holidays. Our online store is open 24hrs.
•During Holidays, weekends or special circumstances our suppliers may be close and could affect the delivery of your items. If there will be a delay, we will email you.
